Ten 30-minute coaching sessions focused on a single goal you have identified for yourself or together with your coach.
There are times when you have already identified what you desire to change in your life and there are times when you know change is needed and you just can’t nail down what that is. In both instances, you may not be able, on your own, to make the necessary changes. That’s when a trusted companion – a Coach – can offer guidance, accountability and the needed prompts to move in the right direction.
Whether you know the “issue” or you need some help identifying it, when we sit down together and look at or identify the issue in short bursts, you have the opportunity for quick insights. Then in your personal reflection afterwards you can go deeper. So, when we come back together for another short burst, you’re already set for the next round of questions, reflections, and insights.
Knowing we have limited time in each session, you may find the “pressure” helps you to uncover and address the issue more quickly than you thought possible. And, if you need more time, we can move beyond the “Down and Dirty” and into the basic open-ended sessions until you feel complete.
