We have so much information in our sub-conscious minds and one access point to it is guided meditation. As you listen to the words, allow yourself to “see” how you choose to play out the scenes suggested by the narration. It’s like being in a dream state with the ability to choose and direct how things go. Of course, too much “direction” and you lose the hidden truths that you may be directing out of the process.
These are meditations that my partner, Megan Wagner and I have offered to our weekly Kabbalah Group. There may be references to Kabbalistic terms or ideas, and no prior knowledge is required.
